The holiday season is starting in the Netherlands and the hotels get requests for bookings. We had an arrangement to create places for you coming to EUDEC, but we won’t be able to keep that for very long. So please register now if you want to be in a hotel or hostel so we can still take care of it. Otherwise you’ll need to find a stay yourself or go for the tent option.

In general

Booking now is also a request in general. A lot of arrangemnet have to be made, it would be helpful if we have an idea of the amount of people coming.

We get a lot of questions of people who want to be a volunteer. That’s very helpful, because there’s a lot of things we need to do.

We’ve decided to organise the tasks in blocks of 4 hours. You can register for one or more blocks. In exchange you can get a discount. The more blocks, the more discount. No matter how much time you will volunteer, the food will always be at your own cost.
