A message from the financial admin: not everyone who registered did pay. Note: the registration is final once we’ve received the payment. So please check and take care of payment if you find out you’re one of these people. It’ll create a lot of ease for you and for us when all this is settled. Then we can give all of our attention to the next step: receiving you in the best possible way.

Good food

Last friday we had our last meeting on site, so we can really decide how to arrange everything: The entrance, the info/shop, the main tent, the campsite and last but not least: the restaurant. And maybe more important than where we can eat is what we will eat.

The caterer was present, he has clarity about the menu, diets and allergies, all that’s needed now is: final numbers, so he can order his ingredients. The cooking crew is looking forward to serving us and we are looking forward to good food. How about you?

Bring your own dishcloth

Once the caterer had gone, we came to talk about the practical topics. One of those was doing the dishes: how to organise that? We’ve figured it out, but it brought us to the request: can you bring your own dishcloth? It would really help if everyone was having their own. Could you take care of that?

Instruments are welcome

One more thing we’re looking forward to is sitting around the campfire together. If you happen to play an instrument, you’re welcome to bring it. Music always brings good vibes.
